Random Rahi: Jaka Running Bird

Similar to the Ostrich-like Husi Birds from the Mataverse, these large bipedal avians live among the dunes and flatlands of the Stone Region of Okoto. Their long necks and beaks are perfectly adapted for fishing out small prey buried in the sand. Their long muscular legs allow them to run at great speeds, leading to the Stone Villagers creating a form of sport out of it; Jaka-Racing. Though a Villager is much too large to sit on the bird itself, they are made to wear colourful ornaments which distinguish them from other racing birds. They typically live in small herds of up to about 20 individuals, most of which are male, meaning that they use a polygynous reproductive system.
